This space allows you to centralise all your sensitive content (insurance policies, copies of passports, payslips, vaccination records, …) securely in digital format.

SeeZam® allows you to sort, classify and centralise all your personal information (for example, passwords, payslips, copies of identity cards, insurance policies, …), with complete confidentiality and shielded against prying eyes. You can find it quickly and easily, even in case of an emergency.

Impregnability. The server on which your paperless content is stored is actually impenetrable. Contrary to the place where you keep your information physically, it is not exposed to the mercies of an accident (flooding, …) or a burglar.

Developed by experts in the field of IT security, your virtual safe is exclusively hosted in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, a recognised EEC Data Centre benefiting from a unique legal environment that allows an unlimited level of encryption and which authorises the virtual safe provider not to hold a master key or a copy of his customers' keys. This unique legal environment in Europe and beyond allows us to offer you the highest levels of security and confidentiality, thanks to the following elements:

• Strong Entrust/Luxtrust/Soft Token authentication that goes far beyond a simple password.
• Military-grade encryption of your data, only you have the access keys.
• Just like a safe deposit box in a bank, SeeZam® has no knowledge of what you put in your box or even has the keys to access it. This gives you the assurance that third parties will not be able to decrypt your information without your knowledge.
• Security and vulnerability tests are carried out regularly by independent auditors.

No, under no circumstances! Confidential information in your safe remains inaccessible to SeeZam® teams or to any other individual not authorised by you. SeeZam® does not allow anyone to have your LOGIN and password (known exclusively to you), whether that person is motivated by good intentions or not.

From the point of view of logical access to data, your SeeZam® account offers you a Softtoken/Entrust/Luxtrust strong authentication solution (smartcard, token or signing stick). This is not offered by other virtual safes, even though it is an effective response to the threats of “phishing” or the many Trojans circulating on the internet.

Concretely, how is the access hammered shut? All data that you store in your safe are encrypted with your personal key. Please note that this process is completely transparent, requiring no technical knowledge on your part. Only someone who has the right (meaning a person to whom you grant access) will be able to have the decryption key for reading (only) the item intended for him. This decryption key is never accessible to SeeZam® staff (operators, administrators, technicians, ...) because it is sealed in a block that cannot be interpreted without your password, login and strong authentication.

All data in your SeeZam® vault (information, documents, files, …) are protected both physically and logically against any intrusion or modification. SeeZam® guarantees the hosting of the whole system on Luxembourg territory, with the Entreprise des Postes et Télécommunication (Luxembourg) providing the latest innovations in virtualisation technologies.

Once your SeeZam account has been activated, you can access your company and personal space, where you can deposit and consult personal documents. To make it easier to reset your password if you forget it, it is strongly recommended that you enter your mobile phone number into your profile. The procedure is shown in a video.

The browsers supported by SeeZam for optimal user experience and to avoid possible crashes are the following:

Yes, if you have already a SeeZam account that supports it. Please note, however, that the use of a LuxTrust token involves additional costs due to the LuxTrust operator. Please, contact your manager if you wish to activate this feature and bear the additional cost.

You simply have to send the company the user name and email address of your account. As soon as an invitation of the company has been received and accepted in SeeZam, you will be able to view the company’s space (for example your employer’s), in addition to your existing spaces.

When creating your account, your company administrator will communicate ONLY your login and email address to SeeZam, in order to set up the virtual safes correctly. Other personal data are entered by the company on the platform, without intervention by SeeZam. It is your responsibility to then enter your mobile number in the application, to make it easier to reset your password. We also recommend that you replace the business email address with your private email address, so that you will retain access to your private and business space, even if you were to leave the company. The email address and mobile number can be changed at any time by yourself in the application. This information must be reliable, because it is needed for resetting your password in case you forget it.

The contents of the safe are governed by the conditions of use that are available here. Even if the company pays the fee, the user agreement is concluded between the user and SeeZam. The user can at any time export and delete documents that he does not wish to keep in the safe, as soon as they arrive, at his own convenience.

Yes. Unless the platform is unexpectedly unavailable, the SeeZam solution allows you to export documents at any time in their original format from the company or private folder to another storage destination.

In this case, you must trigger a password reset request from the SeeZam website login window. The personal information entered in the safe (email address and mobile phone number) will be used to send the two parts of a code (called ‘Challenge’) to create your new password. Therefore, those details must be up-to-date. If the mobile phone number has not been entered by the user, SeeZam will seek assistance from the administrator for sending you a code. Another code will be sent automatically to the email address entered into your SeeZam account, with a link for generating a new password.

You own the contents of your account. If the employment contract is terminated, the rental costs of the SeeZam solution are covered until the end of the company’s annual subscription period. This date is shown on the home page of your spaces. Beyond that, the user will have three months for taking over the rental of the safe at his own expense, or at the expense of his new employer. During this period and for as long as the invoice has not been transferred, access to the safe will be read-only and new file loading will not be possible. After these three months, a grace period of a further three months is granted by SeeZam, before the data will be destroyed. The stored information stored will no longer be accessible during this period, except after renewal of the subscription (from EUR 24/year tax included for a PREMIUM SOFT TOKEN account).

SeeZam offers you 2 signature modes that comply with the EIDAS Regulation (REGULATION (EU) No 910/2014 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93/EC):

Advanced Electronic Signature: An advanced electronic signature shall meet the following requirements:

• it is uniquely linked to the signatory;
• it is capable of identifying the signatory;
• it is created using electronic signature creation data that the signatory can, with a high level of confidence, use under his sole control; and
• it is linked to the data signed therewith in such a way that any subsequent change in the data is detectable.

Qualified Electronic Signature: The process for the validation of a qualified electronic signature shall confirm the validity of a qualified electronic signature provided that:

• the certificate that supports the signature was, at the time of signing, a qualified certificate for electronic signature complying with Annex I;
• the qualified certificate was issued by a qualified trust service provider and was valid at the time of signing;
• the signature validation data corresponds to the data provided to the relying party;
• the unique set of data representing the signatory in the certificate is correctly provided to the relying party;
• the use of any pseudonym is clearly indicated to the relying party if a pseudonym was used at the time of signing;
• the electronic signature was created by a qualified electronic signature creation device;
• the integrity of the signed data has not been compromised;
• the requirements provided for in Article 26 were met at the time of signing.

The system used for validating the qualified electronic signature shall provide to the relying party the correct result of the validation process and shall allow the relying party to detect any security relevant issues.

With Seezam, you can apply advanced signatures in your session or use the services of a third-party provider from within your e-Vault for qualified signatures.

For advanced signatures, the SeeZam manager of the client company subscribes to a signature package with SeeZam. The signatures used are deducted from the package. The number of available signatures is displayed in the manager's dashboard.

If the company subscribes to a qualified signatures package, the company must also register on the third-party provider's platform.
