Important:
The tarif is fixed, SeeZam® does not impose any limits on the number of storage operations of a company. Additionally, each user is provided with a private area to protect and/or keep any type of personal and confidential information, information that he/she can then share or send to other SeeZam® users.

The files are protected by encryption on your premises before being sent through a secure tunnel to SeeZam® servers that are hosted at Post Telecom PSF, to be finally deposited in users’ safes.

We install SAPS (SeeZam® Automated Posting Software) on your servers in order to detect the production of files and to transmit them to the right person. The process itself is monitored and any possible sending errors are logged for remediation.

You can also distribute any type of generic document to all users or to predefined groups (groups of employees, workers, members of the management, …).

Have your employees sign documents, monitor the process to send reminders and store signed documents securely while you are connected to SeeZam.

Case study

An accountancy firm transmits securely and unambiguously the salary slips and the annual remuneration statement to employees of multiple client companies. Each client company of the accountancy firm has a space with its own corporate image (name, logo, colours, …). A safe shared between the accountancy firm and the HR department enables the manager of the client to peruse or agree to confidential HR documents.

A company in the home care sector sends its staff payslips, home visit schedules (patients’ addresses, pathology descriptions and care details) and performance reports to their safes. Memos are deposited in a dedicated safe, accessible to each employee. Employees use SeeZam® to send their identity documents and driving licences to the Personnel Department.

A bank sends account statements and transaction notices to its customers and sets up shared safes for the exchange of personal documents with its Relationship Officer. The operation of a non-transactional data room falls outside the scope of the PSD2 Directive.
